The prime difference is that Radial tires' steel belts allow the sidewall & the tread to function as individual features, which means that the sidewall can flex without affecting the footprint. Due to the plies in bias-ply tires run from sidewall to sidewall, the sidewall is so stiff, and any flexing of the sidewall is reflected in the tires’ footprint. Bias-ply tires could also overheat more easily due to the layers of rubber plies, on other hand the steel belts in radial tires help to dissipate heat better.

Tires are heavy prodcuts and thats why shipping cost is bit higher. While we do offer the option of expedited shipping, we usually do not recommend it. We can only use FedEx to get our tires shipped, and this carrier charges about $200 per tire to expedite the shipping depending on the weight of the tire and your location.

When FedEx delivers, you do not need to be at home. If the FedEx driver deems your neighborhood safe enough, they will leave your order by your front door.

Unfortunately, no. Run flat tires are made with a heavier construction that enables them to support the vehicle in case of air pressure loss. This construction is different from the structure of non-run flat tires. If they were to be used together on the vehicle, they would result the vehicle to not be as responsive, making it unpredictable.

The load and speed ratings note how much weight and what speeds the tire can handle. It means they note the tire’s maximum load carrying and driving capability. Is it not recommended to surpass the tire’s load and speed capacity. For more information please see our blog post on the subject.
